Raspberry Bellini
Crisp, sweet and super easy to create our Raspberry Bellini is sure to pack a punch to your alcohol free night.
Ingredients
125ml Eisberg Sparkling Rose
15ml Raspberry Coulis
Garnish
Cocoa Powder
Fresh Raspberries
Method
Run a slice of orange around the rim of a champagne glass and dip into cocoa powder.
Pour the coulis in the bottom of the glass and top up with chilled Eisberg Sparkling Rose.
Drop in 3 fresh raspberries to serve.
