HOW TO MAKE MULLED WINE:

Ingredients

  • 1 bottle of Eisberg Cabernet Sauvignon
  • 1 Orange
  • 2oz Demerara Sugar
  • 1 Cinnamon Stick
  • Grated nutmeg to taste
  • 1 dried bay leaf

Method

  • Mix all the ingredients together in a pan.
  • Simmer gently for 10 minutes.
  • Strain into heatproof glasses.
  • Serve immediately.
